CurrentOctober 2022 - PresentI currently lead the 'Learner Engagement' engineering organization for LinkedIn Learning, focused on building the core experiences millions of learners use to develop their professional skills and advance their career goals. As the engineering lead for Learning's Career Development features, I am focused on building innovative enterprise career pathway planning features, improving our learner skill evaluation toolset, enriching our professional certificates offering, expanding our internal mobility tools, and generally helping learners go deeper in their skill development journey. We are also leading the charge as Learning expands its library to support more languages and international markets.July 2021 - October 2022I led LinkedIn Learning's 'Instructor Engineering' organization. We are primarily responsible for building the content production tooling that powers our growing learning content library, the instructor management and royalty calculation systems that allow us to engage industry leading experts from around the globe, and the instructor experience products that serve to grow the impact of those instructors across LinkedIn products.September 2019 - June 2021I led LinkedIn Learning's 'Partner Creator' and 'Enterprise Creator' engineering teams, focused on integrating content from external content vendors and creating best-in-class content publishing, curation and promotion experiences for our enterprise customers so they can add their own learning content onto the LinkedIn Learning platform for their learners.
