World in Conversation, A Center for Public Diplomacy. Mentor and coach 57 facilitators whose job it is to host conversations about taboo subjects such as race, gender, and long-term conflict. Develop and institutionalize evaluation tools to assess employees’ needs, and regularly provide training and development opportunities to improve facilitators’ skill. Provide training and feedback to stimulate the motivation of facilitators. Serve as liaison between facilitators and senior project founders to resolve complex employee concerns and issues. Team leader for developing and teaching curriculum for Foundations of Group Dialogue (3 credits) and Techniques in Small Group Facilitation Class (3 credits). PASA has the largest conference of its kind on the east coast. Loved meeting with the farmers, consumers, and sponsors to create a meaningful experience for all.

Managed a staff of 12-15, and served as a liaison between schoolteachers, parents, staff, students and host organization. Used facilitation skills to resolve complex issues among staff and students. Frugally managed a $500,000 annual budget, negotiated with vendors, and oversaw scheduling, payroll, and safety logistics.
