World in Conversation, A Center for Public Diplomacy. Mentor and coach 57 facilitators whose job it is to host conversations about taboo subjects such as race, gender, and long-term conflict. Develop and institutionalize evaluation tools to assess employees’ needs, and regularly provide training and development opportunities to improve facilitators’ skill. Provide training and feedback to stimulate the motivation of facilitators. Serve as liaison between facilitators and senior project founders to resolve complex employee concerns and issues. Team leader for developing and teaching curriculum for Foundations of Group Dialogue (3 credits) and Techniques in Small Group Facilitation Class (3 credits).
