Webvelopment is a digital agency that doesn't claim to work uniquely or differently. We do things to ensure that we excel at providing the highest quality services and products. My main approach within the business is as follows:-Identifying problems or needs.-Providing multiple solutions to these problems.-Analysing costs and effort of each solution or need and evaluating possible outcomes of each.-Implementing the solution based on the decision that has been made.-Monitoring to ensure that the required end results are met.I am really a hands-on type of guy and I work with every facet of the business. My core focus is ensuring that everything that goes on inside and outside of the business that we have had an input on is of the highest quality. I am also heavily focusing on results and value.

HopeLabs is a new technology provider for the disabled and disadvantaged. My first phase at HopeLabs is the development of a go-to-market system, strategy & offering for people that have lost all motor control. Using only eye motion to enable these individuals to once again communicate, interact and socialise again. My duties are widespread, I am in charge of provisioning a marketing strategy, materials and the development of applications for operations and product offering.

In collaboration with Dibary Mobile Belize, we offer the Belizean business community access to affordable design and development services.

During my time at Cornice Maker I learned the skills I required to start my own company. I did a variety of things during my time here, but my core input was focused on digital development within the business. I have had a tremendous influence on the following systems within the business:-The handling of clients and after sale service-Point of sale systems and stock monitoring-Quotations and costing thereof-The general IT environment of the business and the digital tools they use on a day to day basis.During my time at The Cornice Maker, I realised my deep passion for digital solutions. Soon thereafter I noticed that I will never reach my full potential within a small local business but those small businesses required these types of services.I broke away from this business on good terms to start my own agency called Webvelopment, you can read more about this above.

This was my first real job, I worked here over weekends and school holidays. I learned a few very important things here: -The importance of first impressions with clients, the way they should be treated and what they want from any business. -The importance of procedures and constant improvement within a business.-How digital solutions help solve complex problems in a very simple way.When I finished school I wanted to go study for a higher education degree and left this job.
