With over 16 years of work experience in law enforcement and a growing career in customer account management, I have developed core competencies in access control, customer support, communication, data management, and problem solving. My mission is to provide reliable, secure, and efficient solutions for customers who use digital forensics products. I am currently a Customer Account Specialist at Magnet Forensics, a leading company in the field of digital investigation software.In my role, I arrange, troubleshoot, and manage customer access to various products across multiple platforms, using Salesforce and Okta SSO. I also maintain data cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in Salesforce, and handle customer inquiries and issues related to access. I have been working with Magnet Forensics since July 2023, when the company merged with Grayshift, where I held the same position for two months. Before that, I was a Police Sergeant at the Johns Creek Police Department, where I performed supervision and management of law enforcement personnel, trained officers, and performed investigations. I have skills in Access Control, Customer Support, and Salesforce, as well as certifications in Training, Management, and Communication.
