He provides IA leadership regarding IA proposal and tactical requirements as well as DIACAP, DIARMF, CDS, and ATO security compliance and implementation processes. Mr. Bailey has taught at 3 colleges, is a published author, a pilot, a public speaker, and maintains membership in numerous professional organizations. His scholastic background includes a Ph.D. program, ABD, at California Coastal University and currently a Doctoral Candidate in Information Assurance at the University of Fairfax, graduating in 2013. Mr. Bailey is the husband of Carolyn, the father of Daniel (Engineer), Matthew (Engineer), David (Army Sergeant Major), and Christina (Para-Legal).His mission is to protect intellectual property in the aerospace defense industry: he was previously the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) for Raytheon Systems (10years). He has participated in numerous defense affiliate groups such as the Joint Warfighters Interoperability Demonstration, Joint Integrated Air & Missile Defense Summit Program, and is a certified DIACAP expert as well as experiences in the field of Cross Domain Solutions and Tool and Die.
