Worked in a dedicated support team to answer queries via email and phone from prospective students about our accommodation. Provided advice on Halls life and arrival to university. Supported the intake period on the ground for 2024/25 academic year, by handing out keys and ensuring the smooth arrival for over 2000 students within 2 days

Assisted the careers service at UoS in mapping employability skills given by different degrees, and collated data on extra-curricular opportunities to improve employability skills for UoS students. Met with many academics and university staff to map stakeholder perspectives of the careers network

Delivered presentations and Q&A sessions about student life to schoolchildren of BAME heritage or from lower socio-economic backgrounds in order to widen participation and encourage diversity institutionally at UoS. Hosted school visits and campus tours as well as helped to run a week-long 'Experience UoS' residential for Year 12s

Represented and managed the ResLife experience of Wessex Lane Halls of Residence at University of Southampton. Worked in a focused team of three RLAs. Hosted events for first years at Halls, from large fairs to small crafts nights to food giveaways. Promoted said events and managed community engagement and pastoral side of Wessex Lane

Conducted a 14-week hybrid internship in dual roles of project management and business analysis at iSolutions, the ICT support and delivery department of the university. On the PM side, shadowed and assisted managers for various projects including AV implementation, site renovation, IT system overhaul, campus building demolition and helped in the design and feedback process for a new student study location. On the BA side, completed both solo and team-based assignments in archive research, document analysis and threat analysis, for projects including: quality assessment of IdAM providers; student experience mapping in using IT systems; and improving the experience of disabled students. Additionally, visited a large-scale data centre and learned how servers for large institutions are managed. Also conducted a LEAN business course as part of the internship
