I spent the first few years after Highschool attempting to keep my grandfather's business afloat: during that time i learned how to maintain computers, software & hardware as well as basic construction and general labor & mechanic skills and sales experience.After we finally set the shop aside i've been cultivating my customer service skills at retail stores as a cashier. the last few months have been dedicated to studying for the A+ Cert in order to change into the IT field.My greatest skill is that even of i dont know how to do something im not afraid to ask for guidance from people or the internet/books.and the more i understand the underlying principles the more i can think outside the box and problem solve.
