I have 30+ years in aviation providing aircraft maintenance support on both the commercial and executive aviation sides. During the last 21 years, my focus has been the Embraer product line. I was fortunate to be part of the first Embraer authorized service center in the U.S. & was part of the team performing the first major inspections on the Legacy 600 aircraft. Having been a Customer Support Representative with Embraer Executive Jets for the last 15 years I was able to participate in the flight test and maintenance tryout phase for the Phenom 300, as well as the Legacy 450/500 aircraft in Brazil. Having a large territory, I was able to accompany my customers at the delivery of over 30 aircraft. Most recently on the Praetor 600 model. In addition to the delivery, I was able to provide guidance on maintenance planning and service bulletin implementation to help minimize excessive down time.I am very well versed in the planning and implementation of large scheduled maintenance events as well as managing all aspects of an AOG event, to including the positioning of personnel, troubleshooting and staging of parts necessary for a successful return to service.
