I have worked in the HVAC Industry for the past 13 years on the distribution side of the business. I started in mechanical controls with an advanced certification in pneumatics as well as a Belimo factory certification. I have been working in building automation for the last 7 years. During this time, I have received a Niagara AX Technical Certification, Niagara 4 Technical Certification, and Niagara 4 Advanced Technical Certification. I have also received certifications in Honeywell Ciper Controllers and Honeywell Spyder Controllers. I believe that customer service is the most important aspect of this business and providing great technical support on top of that is imperative.
