Crouse is an award-winning documentary, commercial and agency producer based in Los Angeles, California. As a line producer, his work ranges from multi-city international productions to celebrity talent studio shoots. After cutting his teeth in production, Crouse moved his talents to the agency world. As a senior agency producer, he uses his experience to help create campaigns that champion the power of film.His documentary debut, Monster Factory (dir. Tucker Bliss), gives a behind the scene look at the professional wrestling world and cemented his love for the medium. An urge to humanize the impact of climate change resulted in his second documentary, Lowland Kids (dir. Sandra Winther). The film premiered at SXSW in 2019, won the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Palm Springs ShortFest, and was nominated for Cinema Eye Honors for Outstanding Achievement in a Nonfiction Short. William’s most recent documentary, Underplayed (dir. Stacey Lee), explores gender disparity in the electronic music industry. The film premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival.
