Maintains all qualifications of a Benefits Briefer by facilitating in-person and virtual courses to executive level Servicemembers. - Ensure all staff are completing all event requirements within specific timelines, daily data entry and reporting, pre-trip requests, post trip reports, ordering and receipt confirmation of office supplies/classroom materials, etc. - Conduct outreach to establish a rapport with supported installation personnel/offices, VARO’s and other stakeholders in their area involved with transition and VA claims processes. - Mentor, train, and evaluate assigned VA Benefits Advisors and Site Leads. - Provide oversight and tracking of field personnel, briefing support, travel, schedules, and quality and administrative requirements to resolution. - Coordinate movement of resources and schedules in the execution of VA TAP services within the region to ensure no events are missed and quality standards are met. - Conduct site assessments and quality control visits to the installations within the region. Consolidate reporting of permanent site activities within the AOR. - Conduct operational site assessment visits to all installations Is within the assigned operational area to assess the site's compliance with the project policies and to assess Site Lead and Benefits Advisor proficiency. - Visit permanent and itinerant support locations as necessary and approved by the TED and CALIBRE Operations Lead. - Lead regular and frequent meetings with the Site Leads in order to facilitate a continual flow of information. - Anticipate potential risks and issues to minimize their impact to the mission and engage with the Area Lead as required.
