In March 2011, I founded Constructionlex, P.L.C., a law firm specializing in construction and government contracts work, and commercial litigation. At Constructionlex, I am not just focussed on zealously representing clients after a dispute arises, but also on delivering legal solutions. For smaller contractors, I offer the General Counsel Program, where I act as your in-house counsel for a fixed quarterly fee. On new projects, I offer project neutral services where I work to reduce the chance of future litigation by providing the owner, prime contractor, and relevant subcontractors with an opinion on disputes as they arise on the Project.
