To manage all TWMA equipment and subordinate personnel whilst on or offshore. This includes but is not limited to:• Management and development of personnel• over seeing the day to day running of equipment and organization of planned / unplanned maintenance• Responsibility for health, safety and environmental issues connected with the operation of TWMA equipment• Contribution to pre-well / project completion reports

Provide support to and assist senior lead technician on or offshore, with the management and operation of all TWMA equipment, which included Day to day running of the equipment • • Managing the personnel involved • • Maintenance of equipment • • Health safety and environmental issues connected with the operation of TWMA equipment • • Contribute to pre-well / project management and post well / project completion reports

Assisting the Lead technician on or offshore, with the operation inspection and maintenance of the TCC Rotomill process. Duties included: • • Monitoring and operation of drill cuttings received from storage areas • • Reporting on equipment performance and ensuring that raw and recovered materials analysis was undertaken as required

To operate waste handling plant and other associated equipment as directedby the site manager

• Productivity, reporting, hiring and firing• Marketing and advertising,• Setting targets for sales staff• Working to a set monthly target set by the company director

• To ensure that our products are delivered and installed into customers homes• Provide excellent customer service and ensure 100% customer satisfactionevery time• Dealing with electrical, appliance and furniture installations
