My professional experience is primarily in civil defense litigation. I have represented companies, governmental entites and individuals in the the follwing areas: Construction, Contracts, Commercial, Employment, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Defamation and Personal Injury. I have first and second chaired jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. I have experience in all aspects of complex legal work, including: investigating claims; managing risk; assessing liability and damages; budgeting; developing strategies; tendering of defense and coverage; negotiating, reviewing and drafting documents and contracts; preparing written discovery, motions and appeal; taking depositions; researching state and federal law, rules and regulations.
