• Manage and oversee the safety culture on each project• Regular safety inspections per OSHA, LPC and Client standards and stopping work, assessing andrectifying a situation if appears unsafe. • Directly responsible to coordinate and manage all subcontractor onsite activities in the field• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, standard and subcontract scopes• Review and assist with coordination of the project schedule• Confirm in advance project materials and manpower will be on site when required by overall projectschedule• Review three-week look ahead schedule and coordinate activities with subcontractors• Identify any constraints or conflicts the subcontractors may have to achieve the three-week lookahead schedule – such as unanswered RFIs, unapproved submittals, material delivery, etc. – andcommunicate and help solve constraints with project team• Coordinate subcontractor material order, delivery and install to ensure timely delivery on-siteand installed on time• Understand project & subcontractor scope of work and properly handle and manage the scopes• Oversee quality of installed work. Track via Procore issues and rectify as needed• Perform regular quality inspections to ensure work installed in the field and materials used areinstalled per project drawings, specifications, standards and approved submittals• Maintain safe, secure, neat and organized site.• Coordinate logistics and deliveries on site.• Attend weekly subcontractor meetings to review issues and project schedule• Lead and manage morning routine – stretch, foreman’s meetings, etc• Daily reports - issue daily reports with photos and manpower tracking • Field and answer project questions from subcontractors.• Change order tracking & T&M work tracking• Use project software – Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam• Communicate effectively with LPC team, subcontractors and the Owner• Document conversations/decisions with email
