I work with a team of 4 people using motivational management to guarantee a high standard of service delivery to a broad client range. This includes putting in place best practices and procedures. I manage my own portfolio of clients to provide solutions and build partnerships to successfully implement in line with requirements. I monitored clients to identify and mitigate any potential risks through end-to-end management of fund administration. During this tenure, I became an active member of the Irish Funds Events Committee, an industry body which promotes Ireland as a Fund domicile. I was also seconded to the London office for a year in 2015/16 to lead a key client implementation against the backdrop of implementation of Client Asset Regime (CASS). Show less
