During my time with Kalo, I worked on a number of engagements within the insolvency and restructuring sectors with a particular focus on accounting practices. This includes working with stakeholders of distressed entities across a range of industries including investment funds, property and mining services, while liaising with legal counsel to release assets and maximise returns for stakeholders. I have prepared and reviewed monthly management accounts for a number of entities, both in receivership and from receivership to their successful sale. I have also assisted in the management of numerous investment funds exposed to liquidity issues and fraud, with the primary aim of realising value for investors.

This role entailed undertaking assignments on corporate and personal debt restructuring/refinancing:• Responsible for assisting in internal risk management administration.• Undertaking various other financial advisory assignments as required including work on valuations, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.• Participation in the Deloitte Global Project Challenge entitled 'Connecting the Green Dots: World Economic Forum Strategic Client Engagement'.
