I have processed our payable invoices onto the P2P Web3 system that is being used. I have prepared and processed the invoices using the system and have learnt how to match the Purchase order lines as well. I have also done statements and dealt with phone queries if they and when they arise.

I process payroll for various companies that come into the company by a shared email address. I have used both Star payroll professional and tempaid oxford software. I have picked up a general knowledge of how to apply tax codes.

I process timesheets and invoices, as well as creating invoices on a daily basis. I also write up payment schedules and maintain most of our ledgers, such as our overheads and our sales invoices. I am starting to deal with the in-house payroll system we have. I have recently been a part of the credit control on our ledgers. I am currently working on bring down the businesses debtor days and so far the results have started to show. This has given me the ability to deal with our clients on a one to one basis and build a relationship with them. I deal with our candidates payment queries and try and help them as much as possible, as well as sending out remittances to our candidates. I am trained on both the ClevaCloud system and Eclipse. I also deal with ABN AMRO and De Poel's E-tips system on a regular basis.

I was mainly a cashier that served customers on a regular basis. I had cash handling abilities as well as thinking on my feet when it came to customer complaints. I had also done stock replenishment and various warehouse roles whilst I was there. I have also won best customer service of the month in February. I was moved around the store quite a bit and able to adapt to whichever department I was put on.

I re-label stock, replenish shelves and set up boxes for transfers to other stores. I have also set up small teams of people with work. Recently I have been put in charge whilst my manager has been called away. When i was in charge I had to make sure everyone had enough work as well as dealing with any problems that occurred.

I fixed and repaired electrical items such as satellite navigational devices, cameras and video cameras for various manufacturers. I have also lead teams of up to 20 plus people. I was the head of my own department at Camtronics where i sorted out my own stock, taught others to repair products and worked with the sales team to sell various items that only myself and one other had expertise in. The department I worked in only existed a few months prior me leaving. On a few occasions, I talked to several customers when they were unsure on what I was doing to their items. I would then have to talk through what I was going to do to their product and how this sorted out their problem that they were having. Customer satisfaction is something I was keen to show in my work. I would never take an easy or quick fix, but I would aim to repair it first time with the item never coming back to me.
