My main tasks include sorting through hundreds to thousands of documents on the daily, wherein I categorize them by document type to be scanned into the system for further indexing. In addition, I act as a quality control, making certain the documents are organized properly and do not have mixed claimants. I finish off my day by sending reports of production totals and other instructions to relevant parties. My experience here has helped me gain proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Throughout my tenure, I have been trusted to train new team members in proper procedures until they felt ready to work independently.

As a Safety Martial, I conducted safety audits to ensure compliance with corporate safety policies, and presented reports in monthly meetings. I was also tasked with training employees in proper safety procedures.In addition to my role as Safety Martial, I was given all other tasks of a Crew Member, in which I was cross-trained to work in all positions in the store. This included operating the front and drive-thru registers, cooking and serving orders, and janitorial duties. I have worked every shift, being trusted to both open and close the store.
