Bill Hand is an experienced project and account manager with more than 15 years of experience in business development, leadership, cultivating customer relationships, sales, and meeting project deliverables. His collaborative, customer-focused, win-win strategy has produced a multitude of successful project launches and earned the trust of his clients and co-workers. He also successfully led a production team that designed and built interactive, mobile products for major media companies and assisted with developing and implementing sales strategies responsible for maintaining, and growing government accounts.Mr. Hand received his B.S. in Information Sciences from University of Maryland University College, and his M.S. in IT Project Management from Rockwell University (a small private university that closed). He is an avid reader and writes a motivational newsletter focused on teaching leadership principles, personal growth, goal setting, and maintaining a positive mental attitude. He is active in several Toastmasters clubs where regularly speaks, mentors, and leads meetings. His favorite authors are John Maxwell, Dale Carnegie, Og Mandino, Jim Rohn, Brian Tracey, Napoleon Hill, and Stephen R. Covey.Mr. Hand is a strong proponent of the "paying it forward" concept. He actively mentors and coaches and serves on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit and a local Toastmasters club. In the past, he served on the Board of Directors of several community organizations, as Cub Master, and coached his son’s baseball and basketball teams.
