International Civil Defense Support & Coordination Agency(ICDSCA) is affiliated to International Civil Defence Organisation(ICDO).The International Civil Defence Organisation (ICDO) is an intergovernmental organisation whose objective is to contribute to the development by States of structures ensuring the protection and assistance of populations and safe-guarding property and the environment in the face of natural and manmade disasters.In order to further accelerate the cooperation between China and ICDO, with the authorization from the International Civil Defense Support & Coordination Agency (ICDSCA), ICDSCA China Representative Office is establishing in Shanghai China. The main target of ICDSCA China is to contact with governmental departments, structures, organisations, academies, associations, chambers of commerce, companies and personal, etc in terms of disaster rescue, disaster provention and humanitarian relief projects related to ICDSCA.
