As a rising senior at Loyola University Maryland, I am excited to see where my journey will continue after Loyola.Currently, I am an Engineer major with a dual concentration in Mechanical and Material engineering with a minor in Mathematics. As of recently, I've been working as a research fellow under Loyola's Natural and Applied Sciences department, with my research focusing on material characterization through metaheuristics. I plan to use my results and findings to contribute to advancements in engineering practice and innovation.Recently, I've also been appointed the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice within our Student Government Association. I plan to use my time within this role to spearhead and be the driving force behind initiatives and events that promote DEIJ within the Loyola community. I am also an intern at the Center for Community, Service, and Justice. My role as the office manager allows me to collaborate and attend a wide variety of volunteering and advocacy events that promote social, economical, and political wellness.I love to build connections and explore opportunities. Let's connect!
