-Planning and development of outreach services and interventions which helped connect morethan 500 homeless to shelters and other safe facilities for case management and resettlement.-Identify community needs, fund-raise, allocate, and distribute resources such as hygienic wipes to200 people without shelter or showering facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic response efforts.-Coordinating sessions for community members to be trained in grant funded emergency responsetraining such as opioid overdose response training and trainer certifications.-Media and Web Developer for the organization’s marketing, outreach, and communityengagement with all key stakeholders, NGOs, businesses, and community leaders.

-Monitored and evaluated gender equality, cash interventions, and WASH-based programs in India, Mexico, and the Philippines through data analysis and process evaluations.-Entered data into STATA software and ran multivariate analyses to determine trends, correlations, and statistically significant outcomes based on gender, well-being, and socioeconomic status. -Worked with a team of consultants to create SOWs, Gantt Charts, and work plans to facilitate project management, and provide data visualizations for country program portfolios in Latin America and Asia. -Presented research findings and data analysis to international staff and academic communities.

-Strategized, planned, and located more than 50 at-risk youth and connected those individuals to support networks while conducting housing assessments and advocating for those unstably housed youth to be placed in stable living programs for transitional age youth (18-24 years of age).-Tracked and recorded outreach activities for the purposes of grant obligations such as documenting the 30+ encounters with local organizations and non-profits in the District of Columbia by sharing information on LAYC's drop-in center for essential services and resources such as showers and case management.-Created a crisis and emergency management task force with city providers where more than 200 homeless persons living on the street were provided or informed of essential resources, opioid overdose response tools, and other information about connecting to shelter programs and employment services.-Assisted in the development of a mapping resource guide of city resources for LGBTQ youth.

-Conducted routine administrative work such as answering and redirecting phone calls, logging guests into a database, and filing donation reports into a donor management software. -Negotiated and resolved hostile conflicts between members engaged in verbal or physical confrontations in order to diffuse altercations before involving the local authorities. -Supervised and delegated tasks to a team of more than ten program assistants who volunteered at the center on a weekly basis.
