• Generation of over $1mm in both cash gifts and long-term commitments in first three years (fiscal) of service.
• Solicitation of a wide array of existing and prospective funders including but not limited to individuals, foundations and corporations.
• Fulfillment of both restricted and unrestricted revenue needs through diverse platform of giving channels and strategic proposals.
• Procurement of funding for domestic and international conservation opportunities, specific to capital campaigns, short-term initiatives, and immediate high-value projects.
• Design and execution of a series of targeted events focused on recruitment of five and six figure contributions.

Southeast Region

• Built positive relationships with major and planned gift prospects and donors throughout Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina for the benefit of the National Rifle Association (NRA).
• Achieved NRA fundraising objectives through unique solicitations including bequests, stock transfer, gift of property (land, firearms, etc.), gifts in kind, charitable remainder and lead trusts and annuities.
• Planned and executed events focused on advocacy, networking, education and fundraising for high net-worth donors and prospects.
• Staff liaison to Hunters’ Leadership Forum steering committee.
• Instrumental in the planning, development and execution of 2017 NRA Annual Meeting held in Atlanta, GA, the third largest in organizational history with over 82,000 people in attendance.
• Oversight of 192,000+ square mile territory and more than 200 donors, foundations and corporations.

Memphis, TN

• Served as corporate supervisor of Ducks Unlimited (DU) Event Support Specialist staff which facilitates all event promotion, product fulfillment, proceeds processing and event reporting.
• Oversaw direction of DU Youth & Education programs which encompasses 13 and under, high school and university demographics. Helped guide youth programs to one of highest revenue totals in DU history.
• Youth & Education Program liaison to the DU Board of Directors.
• Developed and managed DU Approved Outfitter Program which generated over $1,000,000 annually.
• Grassroots liaison to web services, television, magazine and the corporate relations departments.
• Monthly contributing writer for DU Magazine.

Western Tennessee / Southeastern Missouri

• Performed operational oversight of 60 (cumulative) individual DU chapters and 110 fundraising events. Facilitated regional expansion through new chapter and event development.
• Increased net fund raising dollars by $75,000+ in existing chapter events during territory management tenure.
• Provided organization, guidance and assistance to chapter committees with the planning and execution of successful fundraising events, including banquets, to meet annual budget projections.
• Conducted recruitment and training of all volunteers including over 150 new volunteers. Actively utilized key DU volunteers, including regional, state, and district chairs to assist in the identification and formation.
• Prepared a budget for each chapter and monitored performance across regions of approximately 17,600 and 20,000 square miles, respectively. Operated within regional expenses budget of $25,000 per year.

Central California

• Operational oversight of 25 individual Ducks Unlimited chapters comprised of local volunteers. Established nine new chapters creating new net income of $191,000+ since inception.
• Recruitment and training of all volunteers including over 75 new volunteers.
• Secured two Life Sponsorship donations in the amount of $10,000 per pledge while actively soliciting donations of major gifts in addition to banquet revenues.
• Preparation of budget for each chapter, monitoring and affecting financial and operational performance across a region of approximately 20,000 square miles. Operating within regional budget of $25,000 per year.
• Regional growth of 28% in Fiscal Year 2007; gain of 7% in Fiscal Year 2008; gain of 6% in Fiscal Year 2009.
