As SVP of Program Management at City Building & Engineering Services (CBES), I passionately lead construction projects and multi-site programs for top retailers across the nation. Alongside my dedicated team, I strive to deliver beyond my clients’ expectations and have been executing successful projects that are both cost effective and quickly scalable for over four years. Typical projects include new, remodel, and store expansions, as well as acquisitions, location assessments and department rollouts.With an extensive background of almost 40 years in the construction/engineering field and a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, I also specialize in construction management, store development, A&E management and merchandising services. I am proud to be part of the diverse City family offering a full suite of turn-key services from facilities maintenance to engineering and construction to energy management and sustainability. However, what particularly drew me to CBES was its company culture and commitment to giving back to the communities it serves as someone who shares the same values.Personally, I am co-chairman (and avid golfer) for the second highest grossing golf tournament that contributes to the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, having raised over $8,500,000 in donations in 33 years. In addition, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and friends and cheering on my children in multiple sports as often as possible.
