In my current role, I directly manage the creation and transmission of ACH files to the Federal Reserve,handling files ranging from 1MM to 100MM+. All the while, staying informed on Nacha rules, bank polices, as well as federal and state laws. This ensures the organization protection from liability. I also effectively prioritize tasks, from engaging in daily balancing of General Ledger (GL) accounts, to addressing ACH Fraud claims with various (ODFI) financial institutions, and also assisting customers in correcting NOC or notifications of change. Assisting in ACH transaction research.

In my role as a Customer Service Specialist I played a pivotal role in addressing various customer servicechallenges for the company. This involves providing over-the-phone support to a network of 30 showroom-homestores, generating credit memos for in-store purchases, rectifying warehouse/showroom inventory discrepancies, and handling inbound calls from dissatisfied customers. Key performance metrics include processing over 50 daily credit memos, managing 30 daily inbound customer support calls, and executing 40 daily inventory corrections.

As a TSA-approved professional, my primary role involved safely and securely transferring ULD containersonto Boeing 767 aircraft. These containers often carried over 120K packages or more per flight.Collaborating closely with the loadmaster, I ensured adherence to load plans and verified all safetyprecautions. I consistently prioritized safety and strictly followed timelines in executing both safetymeasures and load plans. This also included marshalling aircraft into and out of the tarmac.

I efficiently managed over 100 client accounts daily, overseeing the release of home equity loans and liens on commercial and residential properties, totaling over $1 billion. I would verify data for over 10,000 client accounts and assess property information using nationwide county assessor websites and internal data systems. Additionally, I handle the daily mailing of over 100 client check payouts to county assessors and customers. Throughout these processes, I consistently maintained a satisfaction and accuracy rate of 99%.
