I am an Associate Professor in the marketing department of the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business. I am also the Academic Director of the Hanlon Centre for International Business Studies and the Rawlinson Scholar in Global Sales. I have published in numerous journals including Journal of Applied Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Consumer Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, and the Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Force Management. I have given talks and conference presentations in North America, Europe, and Asia.I have led executive education programs in Marketing, Sales Management, Key Account Management, and Raising the Performance Bar through Customer Centricity, with particular emphasis on executive training programs in China where I champion Sales Management and Key Account Management programs with Chinese executives through CEIBS, China Europe International Business School. Author of the popular 2010 released book, Doing Good Work Matters!, reminding managers of ways to avoid crushing worker's spirits and reminding workers why doing good work always matters.
