Expert advisor on a range of issues such as Enlisted and Officer Detailing (EAIS/OAIS), CSB/Redux, Assignment Incentive Pay (AIP), Selective Reenlistment Bonus (SRB) Program , Enlisted and Officer Separations, PERS 33 (NSIPS/OPINS) FORMAN, Reserve Mobilization and Individual Augmentation, Awards and Medals, Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR), DFAS pay concerns and contacts, BUPERS on Line (contacts,BUPERS), Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) help and a multitude of other various concerns that military personnel may have.

Expert advisor on a range of issues such as Detailing, Reserve Mobilization and Individual Augmentation, Awards and Medals, Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR), Navy Benefits to include DEERS/TRICARE information, Selection Board information, Casualty Assistance, Recruiting information, DFAS pay concerns and contacts, Education Benefits including Montgomery GI Bill and Navy College Fund, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Survivor Benefits Program (SBP), Casualty Assistance Matters, Enlisted and Officer Promotion information, Fitness Reports and Evaluations, Navy World Wide Locator, Officer Data Cards (ODC), Record Request procedures, Active Duty and Reserve Retirement information, Temporary and Permanent Disability List (TDRL/PDRL), Uniform Matters, Veterans Administration contacts, Perform to Serve (PTS), Bupers on Line (BOL) help and a multitude of other various concerns that people have.

Expert system user of the Electronic Military Personnel Record System (EMPRS), Enlisted Assignment Information System (EAIS), Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS), Online Distribution Information System (ODIS), Navy Integrated Training Resource and Administration System (NITRAS), Message Management System (MMS) and all Microsoft applications. Use EMPRS to review evaluations & fitness reports of personnel submitting conversion packages, Officer Packages & eligibility for overseas duty screening. EMPRS is also used to check for continuity of evaluations for a variety of selection boards while providing advice and guidance to administrative and military personnel office staff on the operation and capabilities available through EMPRS on a daily basis. Apply data system skills and practical knowledge of personnel record maintenance to effect smooth operations by maintaining Women in Ships (WIS) tracking system and provided command statistics and demographics to the Admirals staff. Submitted and written all Aviation Ordnance enlisted Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Humanitarian transfer, Pregnancy and Limited duty orders, retirement orders and Fleet Reserve requests. Screened selective reenlistment bonuses through the Enlisted Assignment Information System (EAIS) averaging 743 entries monthly. Perform substantive retention information reviews in respect to monitoring, advising and grading 70 commands, averaging 60 personnel per command advising all Supervisor-In-Charge (ISIC) of their retention programs.Selection Board timeframes to ensure continuity of the Navy’s most valuable system used today. Point liaison for all communications between PERS-4013, Commander Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC), Navy Manpower & Analysis Center (NAVMAC), Enlisted Community Manager’s (ECM) and Fleet Commands to ensure procedures of goods and services are conforming to quality guidelines utilizing FORM 1306/7.
