Expanded its equity base, produced two straight breakeven years after years of end of year deficits. Co-developed, co-founded an industry-wide sector and community based- organization partnership in workforce development that generated a 1.1 million dollar investment by private foundationsSucceeded in securing funds from public and private funders for capacity building, program services and strategic planning. Cited in the Pioneer Institute study that began health and human service agency overhaul to eliminate cross-agency resource duplication.
