I lead a team of analysts that use data to help USAID's leadership understand the health of organization they're leading. We work with our clients to analyze and visualize the agency's financial, HR, and performance data, using tools such as Python, R, Azure, SQL, and Tableau.

Washington d.c. Metro Area

• Responsible for management of a portfolio of federal grants, valued at over $200 million, that increase agricultural productivity and expand trade for farmers in South and Southeast Asia.
• Oversaw the technical and programmatic aspects of grants management, including reviewing and approving budgets, program evaluations, financial reports.
• Evaluated proposals for new federal awards, each valued at approximately $25 million.
• Conducted trips to the Philippines, Bangladesh, Laos, Timor-Leste, and Tanzania to monitor projects.
• Additionally, conducted trips to Myanmar and Laos to meet with foreign government counterparts and other stakeholders to assess the potential for future programming.

Mhaswad, Maharashtra, India

• Conducted impact assessments of the Foundation’s Business School and Financial Literacy programs, which required designing surveys and administering them to 150 rural women as well as using statistical and econometric.

- Responsible for the planning of large public events for CNAS, including its seventh annual conference. Managed the events'​ budgets, developed agenda and coordinated with speakers, including several high-level U.S. national security officials, and managed events'​ outreach strategies.

Palawan, Philippines

• Taught English at a rural high school and served as a cultural ambassador to the Philippines.
• Designed a seminar on environmental issues in the province attended by 600 participants. Coordinated the efforts of municipal stakeholders, raised funds, and managed the budget.
• Conducted IT trainings tailored to needs of Filipino educators.

I helped develop the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) media strategy, managed their website, and developed and planned panels and round-table discussions, including the CNAS annual conference.

I helped conduct media campaigns for non-profit groups in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
