This is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) requiring Acquisition Corps Membership. This position requires Acquisition Certification level III in Program ManagementAlign program priorities across Individual Training Systems (ITS) with mission goals. Mitigate issues and function as the bridge between the TRASYS Leadership Team (TLT) and the POs and project personnel. Provide functional oversight of staffing and review of program documentation. Provide the Product Manager with sound advice and ensure relevant accurate and complete actions are taken to support milestone decisions.Establish and maintain a corporate culture that encourages teamwork.
