William Winters has a broad-based construction consulting practice with a focus on capital projects requiring complex engineering solutions. He serves as the President of The Winters Group, an international project management and construction consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with offices in Phoenix, Arizona, Cincinnati, Ohio and Prague, Czech Republic. His firm specializes in representing owners in the delivery of capital projects from initial concept through move-in. Mr. Winters has extensive experience in all major construction delivery methods, design/build, design-tender-build, construction management and variations of each of the primary methods. Mr. Winters has overseen the successful completion of construction projects for owners totaling more than $1 billion in the past seven years. Prior to forming The Winters Group, Mr. Winters gained a wide range of project experiences in the construction industry through his employment with some of the industry’s top design and construction firms including Bechtel Power Corporation, Gilbane Building Company. and Hanscomb Inc. Mr. Winters is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management.
