Primarily responsible for the system development of an Illinois Public Aid Billing System with an outside vendor. Directed the implementation, testing, and conversion of 2 online billing systems for accounts receivable for hospitals and physicians. Directed the implementation and development of an online system for the hospital using a 3rd party software provider. Designed PC-based financial and analytical models for the tracking of revenue variances and to track exceptions.  Developed and implemented internal audit program, and coordinated work with outside public accounting firm.
