Day to day management of the IT technician team.Managing a budget and orders to ensure a correct stock is maintained.During my time at Brigshaw, I have taken the lead on several major projects, including a new deployment system compromising of WDS and MDT, a wireless infrastructure replacement (with RADIUS backend authentication), Apple iMac music suite upgrade and hardware refresh, a new IT Helpdesk and room booking solution, library management system, primary school server migrations, migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10, simulated phishing attacks on staff with follow-up guidance and support, and joint lead on designing and implementing a managed print solution to consolidate the number of ageing standalone printers to managed multifunction devices.I also worked closely with the creative arts department and I was involved, including during in my own time, with the school’s productions and performances as the technical lead managing, maintaining, and programming the lighting and sound systems while training and developing a team of students to be able to operate the systems and run a show. I have been the Technical Director for the productions of Billy Elliot the Musical (2018), The Addams Family (2019) and, Grease (2020). Show less
