As a Publix associate, I uphold the Publix customer service ethic of treating all customers with courtesy and helpfulness. Other duties include returning unsold items to shelves, retrieving carts and assisting with store clean-up as needed.

To expand my delivery service business, I shop and deliver groceries for Instacart members. I always strive to provide the best customer experience so I can help increase Instacart’s footprint in the Clearwater/Largo area and encourage repeat business.

As a Shipt Shopper, I have completed over 500 grocery orders to date. In this role, I work quickly and efficiently to ensure guests receives their orders in a timely manner. My goal is to deliver excellent customer service so I can increase delivery opportunities and support Shipt’s business goal to grow membership and order frequency.
