My professional work involves the creation of educational and information products for public and private sectors.I have designed, delivered, and managed both traditional (classroom and one-on-one) and online delivery of instruction since 1968. Specific experience includes work with gas and electric utilities, restaurants and bars, consulting practices, public transportation, city government, military, and conference and seminar producers. Content includes the full range from manual skills to supervision and management to communication and diversity. I am the co-author of eight books for two different publishers, the editor of one "dead tree" edition, and the editor of a number of e-Books. My dozens of articles on technical topics have appeared in print, in online e-zines, and as web content.
