I am a partner in Jones Walker's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group and co-chair of the firm's Offshore Wind initiative. My practice focuses on maritime transactions and marine finance. I regularly advise and represent clients on a wide range of maritime matters, including ship mortgages, marine financing, purchase and sale of marine assets, enforcement of ship mortgages, vessel seizures and attachments, maritime lien disputes, charterparty and master service agreement negotiation and drafting, contractual and indemnity disputes, vessel construction and flagging, Jones Act compliance, and port and terminal development.
