Born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia, William has externed with Judge Roderick Young, magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and Judge Deanis Simmons, circuit court judge for Virginia’s 28th Judicial Circuit. He has volunteered with William & Mary Law School’s Elder and Disability Law Clinic, Puller Veterans Benefits Clinic, Special Education Advocacy PELE Clinic, and Federal Tax Clinic.In his free time, William enjoys cooking ancient Roman cuisine and volunteering at his local parish.
