Overseeing the Enterprise West and Central Regions, I partner with product Account Executives to prospect for and acquire new customers and drive higher Services attach rates. In addition to acquiring new business, I partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities to expand existing accounts to ensure a successful.

In this quota-carrying role, I partner with the main account executive and I meet with potential Zoom customers and help them understand how they can leverage Zoom Phone professional services to eliminate disruptions to their business workflows when migrating to Zoom Phone. Some of the types of customers that I work with include credit unions/regional.

This role was created as the COVID-19 pandemic was ramping up and the world migrated all of their in-person meetings into virtual events. I was part of a small team that was comprised of Zoom's elite AV engineers and was tasked with helping production and broadcasting companies around the world implement our methodologies into their workflows.

In this role, I was the sole owner of executive AV support managing all the internal and external executive engagements that required in-person AV support. In this role, my main business partners were the Investor Relations team, Marketing, IT, and the Product Development team. Due to the nature of my role, I was able to work closely with the Product team.

After being the sole POC for AV at Equinix for a few years, I joined the IT Infrastructure team as the ownership of AV technology was transferred from Facilities to IT. In this new role I was the admin for many UC systems and services including: Adobe Connect, Skype for Business, BlueJeans, Zoom, WebEx, PGI, Cisco TMS, Cisco SX codecs, Polycom codecs.

In this role, I was the sole owner of the day-to-day AV operations for the Equinix headquarters office in Redwood City, CA. I supported 30 conference rooms as well as a four-room divisible multiuse meeting space with a dedicated AV control room, a three-room Executive Briefing Center, and the Executive Boardroom. My main business partner was the End User.
