Before my current role, I led communications for Johnson & Johnson’s Chief External Innovation and Medical Safety Officer, developing and shaping external perception of how J&J innovates to advance human health through comprehensive, integrated, global communication strategies supporting the Johnson & Johnson Enterprise R&D organization—Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Interventional Oncology— as well as Global Public Health, and Janssen Supply Chain.Previoulsy I led communications for J&J's Enterprise Supply Chain, Deliver and Quality organizations, enhancing our quality and customer experience narratives for internal and external stakeholders, and served as the interim Leader of Janssen Supply Chain Communications, partnering with colleagues across Johnson & Johnson to shape perception of how my company has built a global manufacturing network, designed to supply our COVID-19 vaccine worldwide. I also shaped communication strategies in support of a multi-year series of actions designed to focus resources and increase investments in critical capabilities that are enabling innovation and driving growth and led executive communications support for Johnson & Johnson’s Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and for the company’s WiSTEM2D initiative.
