Analytic specialist for a new material platform of resin-based materials designed to selectively remove leached metal impurities from pharmaceutical or industrial liquid streams. Developed and standardized analytic workflows and methods for a variety of instruments. Products are entering a $100+ MM market.· Led the standardization of acquisition and onboarding for new analytic techniques, including HPLC, XRF, UV-Vis. Lead creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incorporation of safety screening and reviews, maintenance as well as specific analysis methods for the research teams.· Tested samples with UV-vis, HPLC and XRF to measure effectiveness and purity of materials and treated streams. Develop time saving methods while maintaining quality.

Applying analytic expertise to developing material formation strategies and leading analytic strategies for a next-generation family of materials for capturing and destroying chemical agents present via gas masks and air filtration systems. Work resulted in 3 patents (1 pending), 1 publication, and 1 product line ($100+ MM).· Became internal expert for HPLC. Developing and validating analytical methods to increase analytic throughput and bring measurements both in-house and aligned with manufacturing partners. Assessments methods developed span across purity, conversion, and identification.· Invented novel scaffolding method and optimized traditional state-of-the-art methods for formation of loose material, increasing bulk density by at least 20% without compromising performance.

Team member that produced the world’s first MOF products for the sub-atmospheric delivery of hazardous semiconductor gasses, safely improving yields and reducing tool downtime. Participated in material scale-up from 1L to 2000 gallons and developed quality testing and robust manufacturing methods to ensure product efficacy. Resulted in 2 co-authored papers, 3 products in conjunction with Fortune 500 company Merck Group ($100 MM market).· Authored and executed many of the original processes underpinning product manufacturing.
