Use surveying devices to create control points and perform layout for craft. Devices include GPS, Total Station, Builders Level and Robotic Total Station.Support Superintendents to meet timelines and exercise judgment to meet scope of work.Gather quantities of work in place and report for Cost Control reports.Check concrete forms for accuracy and adequacy of construction.Assist in quality control, safety program and subcontractors' coordination.Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantity, quality and coordination.Assist foremen with plans and specification interpretation.Use CAD software to perform analysis and create lift drawings.
