Work directly with the owner of the company in the areas of sales, marketing, streamlining operations, downsizing, vendor contract negotiations, and training.

In charge of 3 divisions at company providing floor and window coverings, kitchen/bath cabinetry, garage doors, and fireplaces; primary customers were KB Homes, Del Webb, Pulte, Centex, DR Horton, and Toll Bros. Directed operating, product sales, customer relation, sales training, and staffing/training functions. Supervised staff of 320 and management personnel. Full P&L responsibility.
