Human Resources Analyst
Current- Provides Labor Relations support to Field HR Officers/HR Analyst 2s. Assists with investigatory and pre- disciplinary conferences by attending meetings, reviewing/analyzing applicable documentation, and recommending.
- Manage probationary period end dates and notifies supervisors when Probationary EPRs are due; submits appropriate EPAR to grant regular Civil Service status or extend probationary period.
- Maintain eOPFs to ensure that required documents are electronically filed; scans and attaches documents into the appropriate employee’s file.
- Provided timekeeper support and higher class pay into SAP; independently researches and resolves problems related to pay, leave, and work schedules.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition support assists in the preparation of NEOGOV requisitions by ensuring position descriptions are correct and updated.
