Plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with the development and implementation of Exelon’s security training programs for the site. 1 Direct and supervise the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of site training programs established to improve plant and personnel performance in accordance with Exelon Department Descriptions, Policies, and Procedures. Program responsibility includes security officers, supervisors, and security support personnel. 2 Manages post-training assessments to identify impact on personnel and plant performance to identify training program areas needing improvement. Training improvements and corrective actions are systematically initiated, trended, analyzed and resolved. 3 Support station and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, project management, re-fuel outage support, EP duties and special projects. 4 Anticipates long-range security training needs and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs. 5 Assures that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals. 6 Participates in NRC, NEI, and management audits and provides responses to audit findings. 7 Coordinates the assignment of training activities to the training staff (including classroom and range initial and continuing training, force on force exercises, tabletop and timeline drills, and limited scope drills). 8 Coordinate and oversee the armorer activities, to ensure that duty weapons and MILES training weapons are adequately maintained in a ready condition.

 Supervised over forty Marines in deployments to locations in Japan, Korea, Philippines, and Thailand. Conducted integrated training with International Allied forces to include Korea and Thailand.  Responsible for directing supportive unit weapon deployment in tactical environments  Coached and led qualification tests for rifle ranges

Kings Bay, Ga

 Sergeant of the Guard for over 100 personnel in the protection of government nuclear assets. Rose to a position of leadership in 8 months in a force of personnel that are highly trained and qualified through special selection and training. Assisted in re-writing contingency plans for post-9/11 security requirements. The response plans were used to effectively protect the facility as demonstrated by graded force on force activities involving special forces. Non Commissioned Officer in charge of Command and Control for actual contingencies and contingency drills – Effectively managed the security force to respond to emergency situations while protecting the assets and the facility. Administered deployment of mobile and static posts. Supervised alarm control center and personnel/vehicle entry points/access control – reviewed security events, degradations and upgrades, then implemented security posts as appropriate to ensure strategy integrity. Met all required qualifications as a unit and incorporated high level performance into new qualifications for the personnel. I executed the training implementation of those qualification requirements.
