Implemented digital knowledge management application to maintain consistent production during manpower transitions.

Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst supporting Unilever's food, margarine, ice cream, and household cleaning business at Walmart. Requiring the management of Walmart's inventory replenishment at the SKU level using various system tools such RetailLink, Excel based tools, and SAP. This role drives Supply Chain activities; helping to meet customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, overall Sales goals, and maintain fill rates. The CPFR work optimizes Walmart's replenishment process and it ultimately benefits Unilever’s Supply Chain by generating a more accurate (baseline) customer forecast that can be used for internal planning. This position is the focal point of the tactical demand forecast at customer level. Working collaborative with with internal (Unilever Sales and Demand Planning teams), and external (Walmart Replenishment) stakeholders.

Currently creating one page manufacturing specification sheets for over 500 SKUs for machine operators to refer to during production runs. Cross-functional project requiring the collection and consolidation of large amounts of information from various sources within the company.

Participated in the only structured internship program at the Canadian division of Nestlé, the worlds largest food company. Given significant responsibility to assist with the demand and supply planning for the launch of two major new products. Independently developed Excel based tools to track inbound and outbound logistics KPIs, evaluating the freshness of confectionary products as part of the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program. In the final month of the internship supported the creation of the following year’s full year forecast in the Coffee & Beverage department.

Worked under Director of Supply Chain in developing sales, and raw material usage forecasts. Initiated projects that tracked the waste of packaging materials in manufacturing process, and resolved the overstocking of cardboard shipping boxes at the expense of finished goods warehouse space. Assisted with the annual update of Food Safety certifications.
