My name is William Rios and I've worked for Hilton for the past 8 years working in every department in an effort to better myself and to become more helpful to those I work with in the industry. I started off as a banquet server which I continued to do throughout my stay at the DoubleTree and within that time I started helping with Valet and Bellman work. Shortly after graduating college with a bachelor's in business administration with a focus in Management. After the 8 months of being with the Hilton Omaha, the Management Development Program had come back for Hilton, and I was immediately interested! I have since completed the 2023 Hilton Management development program, and currently work for Hanson Professional Services as a Project Administrator in the Project Management Office.
