Allowing for a more concise understanding of the P&L and Balance Sheet for monthly breakdown between CFO and CEO. • Create and update industry specific reports allowing for a better understanding of employee contribution and client analysis• Examine and report expenses in the General Ledger for company credit cards and payroll within QuickBooks• SUTA and Withholding Insurance knowledge of over 20 different states• Assist the financial director with the accounting and financial needs of the company including metrics, break even analysis, commissions, etc.Human Resources:• Payroll – updating and operating the timesheet and expense system for over 70 contractors• Worker’s Compensation – Working with a third-party provider submitting payroll amounts and updating rates in over 20 states.• Created and continue to update ACA Compliance reports to understand when employees become eligible for benefits• Benefits – Researching best plan options and rolling out new programs as they are implemented.
