Responsible for planning and implementing new programs and products into production in a timely and cost effective manner. Define, design and draft testing procedures and methods as well as tooling and manufacturing requirements for new and existing programs. Create and modify work instructions and operating procedures, as needed. Provide technical support to the production team for immediate corrective actions. Identify and provide cost and operational justification for new technological, equipment, and tooling needs. Identify potential manufacturing-related risks on new and developing programs, as well as develop risk reduction plans to eliminate them. Familiar with Product Failure Effects Mode Analysis (PFEMA) and Design Failure Effects Mode Analysis (DFEMA).

In charge of monitoring insurance for our high profile Agency portfolio. I also have extensive knowledge and experience working within other portfolios such as CMBS. Maintaining complete and thorough knowledge of our co-investors: Fannie Mae, Gennie Mae (HUD), and Freddie Mac’s compliance regulations and guidelines. As well as any continuous changes that may occur. Performing portfolio managerial duties to make sure sufficient levels and forms of insurance are in tact to protect our real estate loan collateral. Communication with borrowers, account managers, insurance agents and insurance companies is maintained and open at all times to resolve any issues or problems related to the insurance; following up until any issues are resolved. Closely monitor all incoming evidence of insurance for my portfolio and update insurance coverage accordingly; as well as incoming invoices to disburse timely payment of all insurance premiums. And running thorough compliance reviews on all documents received to secure data integrity. Working closely with all team members to integrate ideas and support each other, is a vital part of my work here at Key and is extremely effective in reaching/exceeding our individual and team goals.
