I currently am the 1st assistant manage of a team of 3 in the floor-covering department. Responsible for the scheduling, sales and stocking of the department. I started this job part time in the morning stock position while I was attending school for MSCA and CCNA certification training. After 6 weeks I was offered a full time position in the flooring department. After being in this position for 2 months I was offered the assistant manager position.

Pursuing certifications for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Microsoft Certified Support Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) at Microtrain Technologies in Lombard Illinois.

Alcatel-Lucent USA, Naperville, ILSoftware Engineer, Member of Technical Staff 12/2006 – 08/2014Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. designs and delivers systems, services, and software solutions that provide converged communications for service providers, enterprises, governments, and cable operators.• Developed process and developed tools used to build cross-compilers that allowed compiling programs for multiple Linux platforms from a Red Hat server.• Implemented and administered a Red Hat satellite used to manage software updates; Developed and managed a set of tools written in Python to allow interaction with the satellite file-system and database. This allowed all development teams access to a common repository when developing CDMA software.• Lead engineer providing Software Development Environment (SDE) support for load build and software development teams setting up new Linux distributions, maintaining Linux kernel, modules and user land source code for multiple distributions.

It was established on September 30, 1996, through the divestiture of the former AT&T Technologies business unit of AT&T Corporation, which included Western Electric and Bell Labs.• Lead administrator in the testing and deployment of Rational ClearCase software configuration management software.• Lead load build engineer responsible for design and creation of project build system that allowed the use of multiple make engines and global make rules; completed design and implementation ahead of schedule.• Served as a core team member tasked with converted C++ source code from ARM to ISO/IEC 14882:1998 compliance.• Designed proto-type development environment for the cPSB & ATCA platforms. The ATCA platform was then taken into production.
